Schema Therapy is a type of therapy that targets schemas, “schema” is a term used to describe maladaptive patterns of thinking that case people to engage in unhealthy behaviour’s or have struggles in adult relationships. The aim of Schema Therapy is to help the individual to recognize the behaviour, understand the underlying causes and to make changes in their behaviour.
